Motion

MLD recommended the Board sign MemberLeap's Registration Renewal Form and Online Service Agreement for initial setup costs and monthly lease, pay 50% of setup costs, or $1700 (#5130), to MemberLeap, and begin process of moving our Wild Apricot content and databases to the MemberLeap platform.
