ABI's Board of Director's hosted a town hall on Saturday, May 25th at the reunion hotel.  Attendees were given a handout showing reunion and database facts and figures as well as Q1 2019 financials and your Board's agenda items for the remainder of this term.  Meeting minutes are forthcoming after our secretary returns from vacation.  In the meantime, we have updated the reunion facts and figures to reflect our final numbers for Phoenix.   For your viewing pleasure...  Seriously, there's some fun stuff in here!

Shukran to all who participated in our Early Registration Raffle.  54 raffle tickets were purchased totaling $270 which will be put toward hors d'oeuvres at our Friday Welcome Reception.

The winners were determined during our last reunion planning meeting by entering the name for each ticket purchased into an online random name selector, Name Picker Ninja.  After a winner was selected, that entry was removed from the random name selector before we drew the next winner's name.

Going to the Reunion next week and need to know what's where when?  Well, there's an app for that!  In addition to paper reunion programs available at Registration, we've made an app for your smart phones and tablets!  Okay, it's really more of a web site site cul-de-sac, but you'll have all the information you need to navigate the reunion right at your fingertips.

On your smart phone or tablet, click here to load the your BrAt "app."  The dropdown menu has links to everything you would typically find in a paper reunion program and then some!

• useful places in the area, including some restaurant information
• a map of the resort itself

Be sure to bookmark it and/or leave your browser window open for quick access during the reunion!  You can also add it as a shortcut to your home screen (see how: iOS or Android), so it will feel more like a normal app. It's public, so there is no need to log in. The "app" will also be accessible as a tab on www.aramco-brats.com for the duration of the reunion and through a link on ABI's home page.

Do you prefer to vote online?  Do you toss those paper ballots we send you into your recycle bin or shredder?  Now you can opt out of receiving paper ballots in the mail and help us save paper and faloose!

If you are committed to voting electronically, you can opt out of receiving paper by updating the preferences in your user profile.

If you do nothing, you will continue to automatically receive a paper ballot in your mailbox whether you want it or not.  We hope you will take a few minutes to help us cut down on waste and keep your organization's overhead costs low.  Shukran!

Our popular "early registration" online raffle for reunion attendees is now live! Those who register for the reunion by the early registration deadline (3/31/2019 CDT) are eligible to participate in the drawing to win one (or more) of 3 different prizes. 

Tickets are $5 each. We will pull a name for each prize, so be sure to buy at least 3!  You could win more than one prize!

RAFFLE RULES

• You may purchase as many raffle tickets as you want.  Each ticket will give you one opportunity to win.

• Cut-off date for raffle Ticket purchase is 11:59PM CDT on May 1, 2019, but you MUST have paid your reunion registration in full by 3/31/2019 (no exceptions and no refunds).  

• It is your responsibility to notify us if your contact information changes between now and the reunion.

• Drawing will occur shortly after cut-off date for raffle ticket purchase.  If your name is drawn, you will be notified via email. If your contact information is not valid, or you do not confirm receipt within 48 hours, the prize will be assigned to the next name drawn. If you cancel your registration prior to the reunion, you must notify us.  We will then assign the certificate to the next name drawn.

• All prizes can be collected at Reunion Registration. Certificate may not be transferred to another person (no exceptions).
