2023 Reunion Cancellation policy
Please note the following dates when canceling your registration and requesting a refund. If you need to cancel, please contact cancellations@aramco-brats.com
Registraton Fees
FULL REFUND - April 16, 2023 (11:59PM CT)
PARTIAL REFUNDS - April 17 - June 2, 2023 (11:59PM CT)
NO REFUNDS - after June 2, 2023**
**Reunion goodie bags and swag will NOT be mailed. You may contact the reunion committee and designate someone to pick up your items at the reunion.**
Sports Fees
FULL REFUND: May 26, 2023 (11:59PMCT)
NO REFUNDS after May 27,2023, but you may find someone to replace you and reimburse you directly.
Hotel Reservations:
If you wish to cancel, please do so 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival will forfeit one night's room and tax. Cancellations for STANDARD rooms must be done directly with the hotel. Suite reservations must be cancelled by contacting us.
