ABI Bylaws Amendment Approved

The ABI Amendment to the Bylaws under Article B, Expanding Reunion Participation to Include Aramco Annuitants, has been approved by a vote of 177 (84%) to 33 (16%).

In accordance with ABI's election Bylaws, elections and votes are decided by a simple majority of valid ballots returned. The vote was audited by Marie Littlejohn-Dunn (DH 77) and Liz Germani (RT 84). Voting was limited to members designated as "Brat" in the ABI database.

As a result of this amendment, Aramco Annuitants are now eligible to become non-voting members of Aramco Brats and to attend the biennial reunions as members.

ABI looks forward to welcoming both Brats and Annuitants to the 2027 Brat Reunion next June.
