We're only ONE MONTH AWAY from two exciting milestones for the 2027 Aramco Brat Reunion in Tucson, Arizona, June 3–7, 2027:
- Hotel Reveal – September 15, 2026
- Registration Opens – September 15, 2026
The countdown is officially on, and we can't wait to share what's been in the works.
Registration Comes First.
When registration opens, your first step is to register for the reunion for only $110.
After you've completed your registration, you'll receive the exclusive hotel booking link and code to reserve your hotel room at our incredible $149/night group rate.
We know this is different from how we've handled registration for previous reunions, so why the change—and what's in it for you?
In past reunions, hotel reservations opened months before reunion registration. That meant many rooms were booked "just in case," then later changed or canceled as plans evolved. While completely understandable, it made it harder to accurately manage our hotel room block and sometimes delayed rooms becoming available for other attendees.
By asking everyone to register first and then reserve their hotel room, we can:
- Protect our outstanding $149/night group rate by demonstrating strong, committed attendance to the hotel.
- Plan a better reunion with more accurate attendance numbers for activities, meals, tournaments, and events.
- Keep more rooms available for Brats and Annuitants who are definitely attending, reducing unnecessary waitlists and last-minute room shuffling.
- Give everyone a smoother experience by opening registration and hotel reservations together instead of months apart.

The only thing that's changing is the order. Everything else stays the same—including the great hotel, the fantastic room rate, and the unforgettable reunion we're planning for Tucson!
We think this change is a win for all. We're not adding a hurdle—we're removing headaches for everyone.
