2015 Reunion Registration Details

The registration fee covers the Thursday night private party (karaoke/dancing), Friday Welcome Reception, the Sunday Banquet and dance, a swag bag, music, and much more. The swag bag contains reunion memorabilia, including a t-shirt*. Golf, bowling, and additional shirts are charged separately. See fee breakdown.

*Swag bags/contents are subject to availability for late and onsite registrations (after 3/31/2015 (CT)).

Important things to note before filling out the registration form:

You must pay this term's AdBak (i.e. be either a Supporting or Sustaining Level member) in order to register. For your convenience, the registration process will allow you to pay this at the same time.

All guests MUST be registered and pay the registration fee. The only exceptions are children who will not be attending the Sunday banquet, participating in a sporting event and/or receiving a shirt and goodie bag.
Each brat must submit a separate registration form. Brats should not be registered as "guests."

CANCELLATION POLICY: We understand conflicts and issues arise that mean you can no longer attend the reunion. Please note the following dates when canceling your registration and requesting a refund. If you need to cancel, please contact cancellations@aramco-brats.com

March 31, 2015 (CT) - Last day to cancel and receive FULL refund of registration fees.

April 1 - May 17, 2015 (CT) - PARTIAL refunds will be given if you cancel between these dates.**

No refunds after May 17, 2015 (CT).**

**If you registered and only want to cancel a sporting event:

Bowling:
April 19, 2015 (CT) - Final day to cancel for a full refund
After April 19, 2015 - 90% refund or substitutions can be arranged.

Golf:
May 15, 2015 (CT) - Final day to cancel for a full refund
After May 15, 2015 (CT) - NO REFUNDS, you may find someone to replace and reimburse you directly.

**Due to high cost of postage, registration materials handed out at the reunion will not be sent to those who cancel after full refund date has passed. You may contact the reunion committee and specify someone to pick up your items at the reunion.

Online Registration and payment is easy! Just follow these steps:

1. Are you a member of this website already? No? Click here to register for a username/password.

NOTE: If you set up a new account, you will need to wait for your account to be approved by the Database Director before you can continue on to registration.

2. If you are already a registered member, please go to your profile page and, in the Membership Details section, make sure it says "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member."

If it does NOT say "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member," you will need to click "Change Membership Level" and select a desired level.
- Once you have changed your membership level, do not finalize payment, just proceed to the registration form. You will be instructed to pay for both at the end of the registration process.

If it does say "Supporting Member" or "Sustaining Member," proceed to the registration form.

If you would like to pay by check, complete the online registration then mail your check (made payable to AramcoBrats, Inc.) along with a print-out of your registration receipt, to:

***SAUDI RESIDENTS - Our merchant doesn't accept online payment from inside Saudi Arabia. You must pay via check or have someone stateside make payment on your behalf.

***AMERICAN EXPRESS CARDS - Our merchant plan no longer accepts this card. You must use another type to make payment.
